Keeping my teeth healthy

Back then I thought brushing alone was enough to keep my teeth free from cavities, and as long as I was brushing three times a day  I felt was taking really good care of my teeth, and I was assured that I will never ever feel a toothache.  However, it was already too late when I realized that brushing was not enough to keep my teeth healthy.

At first I noticed black discolorations in between my teeth, and what I did was brush the area even more, I thought that was enough to clean it. It never occurred to me that the bristles of my brush weren’t actually reaching the area.  When I started to experience toothache, I instantly went to consult the dentistry palm beach, and extraction was the best solution, the tooth was already decayed. One of the cosmetic dentists in stafford also made the same diagnosis, the tooth was beyond saving.  However, I  can still replace my extracted tooth, a cosmetic dentistry group can perform dental implants, and they have a nearby dental clinic. And the moment I decided to have a dental implant, I can contact him anytime for a schedule.
